Not every couple wants to squeeze every portrait into their wedding day, and honestly, I completely get it! That’s exactly why I love sessions like this. Tanja and Stef met up with me after their wedding for Las Vegas bridal photos, and it gave us the freedom to slow down, have fun, and fully lean into everything they loved about Vegas. Their vision was simple: “We want pictures that show how much fun we had during the shooting and give a relaxed atmosphere.” Mission accomplished!
These two have such a sweet story, too. Stef is from Belgium and now lives in London, while Tanja is from Germany and works as a physician in Berlin. They met while vacationing in Italy, spent the last year making long distance work (seeing each other every weekend, can you even?), and after the wedding, Tanja was making the move to London. It felt pretty fitting that their portraits celebrated not just getting married, but the start of this whole new chapter together.

Las Vegas Bridal Photos at Circus Circus Are Pure Fun
Our first stop was Circus Circus, and I don’t think there’s a more perfect place if you’re after playful, unapologetically Vegas photos. Between the vintage slot machines, colorful casino carpet, mirrored hallways, retro arcade games, bowling lanes, and the iconic Midway, every corner felt like a completely different backdrop.
What I loved most was that nothing felt forced. Tanja and Stef laughed through the entire session, challenged each other at arcade games, pulled on their sunglasses like they belonged in an old Vegas movie, and weren’t afraid to be a little goofy. Their outfits were classic and timeless, a chic mini dress with dramatic bow details for Tanja and a sharp tuxedo for Stef, which made all of the colorful Vegas surroundings pop even more. It’s one of my favorite reminders that you don’t have to choose between elegant and fun. You can absolutely have both.

Ending Their Las Vegas Bridal Photos on Fremont Street
After Circus Circus, we met back up once the sun went down for the second half of their Las Vegas bridal photos, and Fremont Street completely changed the vibe. The glowing marquees, neon signs, and endless lights gave everything that classic old Vegas feel that people travel here for.
We wandered through Fremont, stopping anywhere that caught our eye, from the iconic El Cortez sign to champagne popping beneath the vintage marquee lights and ending outside the Carousel Bar surrounded by thousands of sparkling bulbs. Because we weren’t rushing to fit portraits between a ceremony or reception, we could simply explore, take our time, and create photos that actually felt like them. Looking back through the gallery, you can almost hear the laughter and feel the excitement of the night, which is exactly what they had hoped for from the beginning.
